At BBSAHEB, every saree is a handcrafted creation sourced directly from skilled artisans across India. Many of our sarees involve weeks and sometimes months of dedicated craftsmanship. We request you to kindly review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation of a confirmed order is accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained as order processing may have already begun.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (within 24 hours) will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway and bank transaction charges.
2. What Can Be Returned?
You may request a return if:
- The saree received is unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
- The product was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong saree
- There is a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept returns within 7 working days from the date of delivery provided:
- The saree is in its original condition
- The original packaging and invoice copy are included
3. What Cannot Be Returned?
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:
- Pre-ordered sarees
- Customized sarees or altered sarees
- Used, washed, or worn sarees
- Sarees returned without original packaging
- Minor color variations due to photography or screen differences
As many of our sarees are handcrafted and limited pieces, we request customers to make informed purchases.
4. COD Policy
- Open delivery is not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- COD is not available for pre-order sarees.
- In case of returns, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
5. How to Initiate a Return?

- Product Name / Code
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
Our team will review your request and guide you further.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- We recommend sending the saree through a reliable courier service with tracking details.
- BBSAHEB is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the saree reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In certain cases, store credit may be offered.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
- Exchange timelines:
- 5–7 working days within India
- 10–15 working days for international orders
9. International Orders – Duties & Taxes
- Prices are inclusive of GST for customers within India.
- For international customers, import duties, customs charges, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are non-refundable.
10. Shipment Delays
Delays may occur due to festivals, holidays, natural events, or courier-related issues beyond our control.
- Refunds will not be entertained due to transit delays.
- Exchange or replacement options may be provided depending on the situation.
11. Color & Description Disclaimer
At BBSAHEB, we strive to showcase true-to-life colors through professional photography. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Lighting conditions
- Monitor or mobile screen settings
- Digital photography limitations
Such minor variations do not qualify as defects.
